Two-Fer Tuesday #19: Say My Name

It's Tuesday, which means another Two Fer Tuesday.  If you're not acquainted with the rules, I use a random number generator to pick a page and paragraph to pluck two sentences from.  Let's see what we get this week.

Page Number: 55
Paragraph Number: 21

Say my name, say my name...
“Just a moment.  Did you say your name is Emma Earl?”
Tomorrow is another edition of Comic Captions!  Start warming up your funny bones...

I just watched an episode of Breaking Bad called "Say My Name". It was awesome because Walt is on a power trip, and he wanted the other drug dealers to admit that they'd heard of him (which they had).

This excerpt would suggest that Emma Earl is becoming known. Interesting.

Michael needs a "Breaking Bad" intervention.

I'm trying to picture the scene where this takes place. I have a few alternates:

*******
"Did you say your name is Emma Earl?"
"No. I said it's Police Chief McCracken. Are you even paying attention to me... dammit, Lieutenant! I said no more porn on station computers."
*******

"Did you say your name is Emma Earl?"
"Yes."
"That's MY name, too!"
"I know. We are at the "I Am Named Emma Earl" Club, after all."

*******

"Did you say your name is Emma Earl?"
"Depends. Who's asking?"
"I'm asking. Me. I just asked you."
"What was the question again?"

*******

"Did you say your name is Emma Earl?"
"No, I said I wanted extra pickles on my cheeseburger."
"But this is a bank."
"Am I getting the cheeseburger, or what?"

*******

"Did you say your name is Emma Earl?"
"I did."
"But isn't it really Representative Paul Ryan?"
"Look, I was named over 40 years ago. It becomes hard to remember these things. I got confused."
