Phony Photos: May-December Romance

This is a preview of Thursday's review of The Best Light by Paul L. Madden.  That book features a sort of May-December romance between a jaded nature photographer and a young girl.  It's not really that sexual, though, in case you were getting creeped out.

Here's the jaded middle-aged nature photographer, Frank Hemsky:
He's wearing something outdoorsy since he's outdoors a lot.  Too bad I couldn't get a camera to go around his neck.

Here's the young girl component, Anna Swinton.  From her name she might sound white, but she's not really.  She's half-Hispanic and takes more after her daddy, whoever he was.
Yeah, she's pretty hot.  What's she doing with an old guy like Frank?  Hurm.

Anyway, I'm sure the PC Police will come after me now because I said she's hot and half-Hispanic.  If you really think I can't say that then you'd fit right in with Vonnegut's "Harrison Bergeron" short story; the same concept was also used in "The Sirens of Titan" where political correctness runs amok in an attempt to make everyone "equal."

Tomorrow Sean Connery storms a crime scene!

  1. Nice pics Pat and that dude is definitely in for a heart attack. "Hurm." Is that a Watchmen reference or is it me?

    1. It is a Watchmen reference. You're the second one to realize that. Tony Laplume being the first. Sometimes I like imitating Rorshach. We are both pretty grumpy.

  2. I didn't get the Watchmen reference. I must be too thick for your acumen.

  3. I'm always impressed by the variety of sims you can create.

  4. I think we've come a long way from Frank and young Anna being politically incorrect. I think just about anything goes these days.
