Most Build-A-Figure characters are larger ones like the Hulk, Sasquatch, Abomination, and so on. For the Black Panther movie series of figures, though, the Build-A-Figure was Okoye, the head of the Dora Milaje. I managed to get all of the pieces and put her together. This is the result:
It's a decent looking figure and has a spear and knife thing. Still, she's a lot smaller and skinnier than your typical Build-A-Figure character.

Good looking figure. Is she proportional to Hulk or just too small overall?
Looks good to me. That spear seems too big for her, but maybe that's the camera angle.
